1. However this is one of the only spelling apps that I can get on my device, and it is free which is really convenient for me!!!!!! (not to sound rude or anything) ;) :)The only thing I don't like about this app is the words given verbally are hard to understand for my hearing impaired child.

1. Fix My Spelling Test Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Spelling Test: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Spelling Test App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Spelling Test" » Open My Spelling Test » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Spelling Test » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Spelling Test app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Spelling Test servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Spelling Test" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Spelling Test app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Spelling Test might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Spelling Test. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Spelling Test then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Spelling Test not working

2. Fix My Spelling Test Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Spelling Test be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Spelling Test not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Spelling Test may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
