Why should I report an Issue with Hashtagify - Automated Hashtag?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Also detecting duplicate hastags.. Being able to search insta handles for tags.. Being able to move the groups from bottom to top... It's a good app and it could be a Great one, but it misses the mark pretty drastically!Been reading the reviews after being locked out of the app for 7 days and I've got to say it's pretty scammy to have a "donate or wait the time" feature on your app.

2. Thank you so much Hashtagify team.After using it on 4 photos I am locked out of the app for 7 days unless I make a mandatoty donation (oxymoron) that doesn't even guarantee how many pics I'm buying credits for (subject to change at developer's discretion as its just a "donation").

3. instead of making me donate for eternity w/ no guarantees, why not let me buy the app outright? i want to love the app based on what it does but your business model is completely out of touch with user needs.

4. Needs a lot of features that seem a given! Like being able to delete groups and or combine groups for one.

5. #Hashtagify is better than other apps to get the best hashtag and I love this app's magic feature to get suitable hashtag according to the image automatically.

6. However sometimes the hashtags are repetitive and not able to be used.Instagram does not allow - / - marks but this app produces them.

7. The funny part is it looks like other devs have made apps like this on the market and keep the ads part but no payment wall.

8. disappointing.Although this app is doing fairly good job but giving it a 2 star coz even after making a purchase of this app, it just goes "advertisement free", not the usage.

1. Fix Hashtagify Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hashtagify: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hashtagify App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hashtagify" » Open Hashtagify - Automated Hashtag » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hashtagify » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hashtagify - Automated Hashtag app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hashtagify servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hashtagify - Automated Hashtag" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hashtagify app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hashtagify might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hashtagify. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hashtagify then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hashtagify not working

2. Fix Hashtagify Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hashtagify be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hashtagify not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hashtagify may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
