1. No matter what the support system of this app tells its users, changing the distance feature does absolutely nothing to help you, it still suggests people that live hundreds of miles away.

2. I used Chispa for about 2 weeks and my data for just the Chispa app was almost 2GB - that's just for one app's usage! The app would otherwise but a great way of meeting if they allowed you to see people within a specified distance, and if they optimized their images to use less data.This could be an awesome app to use but theres a few issues that make it ineffective.

3. Worst of all, there's no option to limit distance so all the people who come up tend to be 75-350 miles away.

6. The biggest issue is being able to set where you live, it allows you to select a distance such as 20 to 100 miles but you rarely see anyone under 50 miles.

7. It showed people in my area but now only shows people 100s of miles from me.

8. Doesn't let you choose a range for location so you find someone who might be 500 miles away.

9. If these bugs can be fixed, this app will be so much better.Setup makes it way too easy to block people or remove them from your matches accidentally.

10. Its a bad app it glitches a lot, you can't verify profiles, people you have already unmatched keep showing up, there's other issues with it as well.

11. Which you could include into chispas.Why is there a persistent, useless notification saying "New Activity"? It appears every single time you open the app and is completely useless and not tied to any actual new occurrence happening in the app.

1. Fix Chispa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Chispa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Chispa App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chispa" » Open Chispa: Dating App for Latinos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chispa » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Chispa: Dating App for Latinos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chispa servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chispa: Dating App for Latinos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Chispa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chispa might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Chispa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chispa then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chispa not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Chispa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Chispa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Chispa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
