1. Everytime I leave the app and come back after a while, it logs me out without me knowing until I realize some features are missing and it's the most annoying thing yet... Also when it comes to going to the return & refund page, all I get is a blank page no matter how much I refresh.Solid functionality with great features, but some puzzling UI choices.

5. These may seem petty complaints, but when you use the entire app to browse shoes and the image viewer is awful, it's worth docking plenty of points.The app is somewhat like the site, except it's set up more like an advertisement.

6. I have to remember exactly which item and size if I accidentally double click "add to cart", since i have todelete both items.

7. When you use a discount code at checkout, it only shows you the new total and you can't see the breakdown of which items were discounted.

1. Fix adidas Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart adidas: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the adidas App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "adidas" » Open adidas: Shop Shoes & Clothing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for adidas » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear adidas: Shop Shoes & Clothing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from adidas servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "adidas: Shop Shoes & Clothing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check adidas app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, adidas might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall adidas. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall adidas then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing adidas not working

2. Fix adidas Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make adidas be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to adidas not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, adidas may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
