Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Ad It Up Issues

1. Fix Ad It Up Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Ad It Up: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Ad It Up App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ad It Up" » Open Ad It Up—Save on your Bills! » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ad It Up » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Ad It Up—Save on your Bills! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ad It Up servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ad It Up—Save on your Bills!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Ad It Up app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ad It Up might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Ad It Up. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ad It Up then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ad It Up not working


2. Fix Ad It Up Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ad It Up be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ad It Up not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ad It Up may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I had a little over 28,000 credit/coins. As I was scrolling around on "add it up" to see what I was going to do. The next thing I know is the app glitched or something because the entire app blacked out. The page I was on changed and the redemption page was all cricket credits. Before the glitch there was other places you had the option for redeeming your credits. My credits went from over 28,00 tp a little over 3,000. I have sent 2 emails and still no response.. I just want my credits back.

On the Ad it Up app, the Playtime offers does not work. For two months I have not had any new games available. The discover section of this offer is empty. This prevents me from being able to complete daily challenges and earn points. Playtime will not respond or correct the issue, and Ad it Up also does not correct the issue. Other users I know personally also have this same issue.

When I go to redeem her points it jeeps saying that the phone number is associated with another account. I am not understanding why it is saying that because we just took the sim card our of the old phone and put it in the new phone. Hello, not too long ago my phone was stolen and the person who stole it made of several different email accounts in my name. Fortunately my phone was returned to me but I cannot remember the original added up email account that I used a year or so ago so I made up a new email account for the add it up app with the same phone number I originally used. I noticed that on 06/28/2022. 500 points was deducted from me. Why ???. Also why did the video games amount drop from 10 per day to only 3 and the amount of points went from 100 to only 60. Please check into this and let me know further. Thanks.

I have a new upgrade phone & had been playing games on ad it up to knock some from my phone bill off. Just to find out that the app doesn't even pay out anymore. So why then is it on my new phone again? That's false advertisement. Do I need to contact a lawyer bout this cause I think it's wrong for site to be still up when u can't get paid off it. I have been playing games and watching videos for awhile now..The rewards are great, but the past month or so, the site is barely giving points. The video points went from 1000 to 250. The Playtime has no offers anymore, I am fighting with Fyber for points that they owe me on three games, they claim that I have played them before, when I never did. Plus Fyber put out new and improved games that look like the original but totally different, and they say I don't deserve the points....So what is going on? Are you re-vamping your site, is it under construction for better games with better points and short time to play and receive points? What is it? My Aditup app was deleted from my phone somehow, and now I cannot seem to log back in, I've tried "forgot password" and it takes me to a frozen screen every time and from different devices. Also a friend and I both are having a problem in the app where it has the option list of games and the # of points you can make. When I try to open that list of apps I get a label stating there are no games right now, try back later, and contact customer support if need further assistance. I hope I haven't lost all my points I had due to my app being deleted and me not being able to log back in or change password. I had around 52,500 points because I was just about to redeem my points for a $10 Walmart card. I don't know if you can verify my account at least maybe through my phone number if not my email. I have been trying to redeem points to use for my Cricket phone service- I attempted to redeem and the app would not let me - so I called Cricket- not knowing this app was from a COMPLETELY different company- because the 2 first calls to Cricket - they seemed helpful- 1st call - instructed me and I performed - 2nd call CSR ( male) said he could see the points on my Cricket account and that my phone would be back on today - 3rd call - I was disconnected from and then I went to chat - where I was told about YOU.. I redeemed 25,000 points on December 24 2021 for a $5 Burger King card. I never received gift card in my email. Still haven't. I would also like to know of times I have redeemed my points toward my cricket bill. They have not been applied and I have been using add it up for 4 months now.
