Why should I report an Issue with Horizonpedia?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Patrick Wegner to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Could be shown in the tabs or, better yet, the nookphone home page! Pleease :)Super handy and easy to use app! I love being able to cross off the lists and see which animals/fossils/flowers I'm still.

2. Would pay a small fee to unlock them too.i love this app and it is the best of all of the catalog apps in my opinion! I love being able to scroll through all the differnent flowers to choose with one to use.

3. I'd say, it's worth trying out! I do have one request to make this my *all time* favourite animal crossing app, can you please add content progress of all collectables? % of completion kinda-thing, this would be super helpful.

4. The lists are simple with all the relevant info showing for fish and insects (like hours available and sell price) without having to click into the detail view.

5. Another useful feature would be a dailies checklist, along with a percentage bar of items.Excellent app, I like that I can easily swap to southern hemisphere for when I visit my Aussie friends.

6. They have a "Hide Caught/Obtained" option on all menus but it would also be helpful to have the reverse, a setting that shows only what you have obtained.

7. It has major room for improvement in missing categories but what it does have has been super useful and I consult this app on a daily basis.

8. It shouldn't be to hard to implement, just copy and reverse the coding for the "hide caught/obtained" setting.I really like the layout of this app and that i can keep track of everything.

9. :) It'd be great to still have a villager list (where you can add faves), a museum art piece list (for both real and fakes), and a K.K. Slider album list.

10. my only wish is that the list would auto update when you check off things with the filters applied but that's not really a big issue.Not a lot in it.

1. Fix Horizonpedia Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Horizonpedia: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Horizonpedia App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Horizonpedia" » Open Horizonpedia » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Horizonpedia » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Horizonpedia app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Horizonpedia servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Horizonpedia" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Horizonpedia app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Horizonpedia might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Horizonpedia. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Horizonpedia then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Horizonpedia not working

2. Fix Horizonpedia Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Horizonpedia be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Horizonpedia not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Horizonpedia may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
