Horizonpedia Customer Insights

1. EDIT: Bugs are now fixed, though the migration of my data failed and I have to check all caught animals again.Great App, I love it, the only things it bothers me, just a bit is the organization of the options, and that if I click on "Currently Catchable" and I go out of the app for some reason, when I go back to the app, it's still in that option, but it shows all the creatures, even the ones that are not currently catchables, and I have to the all insects, for example, and back to the "Currently Catchable" tab.

2. There's so much info that I would hate to use for whatever reasonI love this app! It helps a lot with keeping my things in order for my Island, as I have brain fog due to chronic illnesses.

3. Otherwise you should use the left one." When using the left one the bot will tell you it's too slow and you MUST use the right stick for scrolling.The best acnh tracker game I've found! All the others are less organized but this one is so much better.

4. I love your game incredibly, and it helps me track what villagers I need, or what furniture I need for my house.

5. My birthday is put in correctly and I am a Capricorn but it shows Pisces in the app 🤷🏻 ♀️It's good but there are some things... When checking off your collection, there is significant delay.

6. One thing I might suggest would also be interesting would be an option to check off what nook mile achievements you've gotten.

9. It makes me feel better because my actual island is call Blueberry and I'm Savannah, and it's too basic compared to what I made it in this app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Horizonpedia Issues

1. Fix Horizonpedia Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Horizonpedia: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Horizonpedia App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Horizonpedia" » Open Horizonpedia » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Horizonpedia » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Horizonpedia app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Horizonpedia servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Horizonpedia" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Horizonpedia app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Horizonpedia might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Horizonpedia. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Horizonpedia then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Horizonpedia not working


2. Fix Horizonpedia Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Horizonpedia be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Horizonpedia not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Horizonpedia may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
