1. Which makes it more inconvenient to pay, which makes me seriously consider switching companies.Wanted to check my bill but needed to take selfie, add passport and then wanted curp and rfc, and everything was correct but it would not accept my rfc! Please fix!To many updates and it doesn't help.

2. I do not recommend putting your credit card in the hands of these people!!!I was watching a college bowl game live, i excited the app for a few seconds, when I came back, it would not let me watch the game live again.

3. Told then several times but no action to fix it.It was just an OK App but since they ask more info from you I just uninstaled it, I only used it for checking my payments, asking for a password is ok but now they want more info from you, a selfie and more stuff.Not using an app that asks for so much information.

4. I would not recommend this app for live sports.I've bren trying to contact with support and never answer or don't know how to solve my problem.

5. I've uninstalled the app and tried to log in again but I keep getting the same message... This is not good!This is a huge violation of privacy.

6. To set up the app they require you to allow the app to take your selfie, and after that they require you to scan in your INE or passport! For an ISP app? That is extremely sensitive information.

7. When I contact with support, only says that "there ir a problem with the area" I've been like this for almost 3 months and never do something to solve it.

8. I'll be deleting this app asap.Can't access the app and no one answers the phone!!!!!! The robot has no good options and is NOT helpful!!Difficult to log on.

9. Now I try log in to pay my bill but it takes me to a page where it says "I've reached the limit of pages".

10. Sometimes in business Spanish,very difficult to switch it to English although you might stumble into it.

11. They claim to collect as personal information, "Address".

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Totalplay Issues

1. Fix Totalplay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Totalplay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Totalplay App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Totalplay" » Open Totalplay » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Totalplay » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Totalplay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Totalplay servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Totalplay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Totalplay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Totalplay might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Totalplay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Totalplay then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Totalplay not working


2. Fix Totalplay Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Totalplay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Totalplay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Totalplay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have contacted total plays customer service at least 6 times to cancel. Please check my account notes. Cancel my service immediately. I no longer reside in Mexico. I have paid the 1350 peso cancellation fee. If you need more info, please contact me thru my email. Either please respond with cancellation acknowledgment. sincerely Charles t cook
