1. Which makes it more inconvenient to pay, which makes me seriously consider switching companies.Wanted to check my bill but needed to take selfie, add passport and then wanted curp and rfc, and everything was correct but it would not accept my rfc! Please fix!To many updates and it doesn't help.
2. I do not recommend putting your credit card in the hands of these people!!!I was watching a college bowl game live, i excited the app for a few seconds, when I came back, it would not let me watch the game live again.
3. Told then several times but no action to fix it.It was just an OK App but since they ask more info from you I just uninstaled it, I only used it for checking my payments, asking for a password is ok but now they want more info from you, a selfie and more stuff.Not using an app that asks for so much information.
4. I would not recommend this app for live sports.I've bren trying to contact with support and never answer or don't know how to solve my problem.
5. I've uninstalled the app and tried to log in again but I keep getting the same message... This is not good!This is a huge violation of privacy.
6. To set up the app they require you to allow the app to take your selfie, and after that they require you to scan in your INE or passport! For an ISP app? That is extremely sensitive information.
7. When I contact with support, only says that "there ir a problem with the area" I've been like this for almost 3 months and never do something to solve it.

I have contacted total plays customer service at least 6 times to cancel. Please check my account notes. Cancel my service immediately. I no longer reside in Mexico.
