1. Thought it might be fun, but I don't want to be playing a micro transaction game just to build a one time encounter. It's a combat simplifier for 5e that has a random generator for areas but only if you pay 3$ not to mention the "simplication" of combat isn't simplifying it's painfully terrible would not recommend gave 1 star because there wasn't a 0.=== Edit: the app developers have told me that it is for new players and the one thing I will say to all new players it's easier to use other programs the people who thought up the idea of this app are the prime example of idiocracy if your new to GMing don't buy.Very good app! It handles various needed activities for a tabletop RPG.
2. :DI really like the idea of this app! I know the combat is intended for newer players, and that's great, but I do wish there was an option to track hp as well, even if it has to be added in by the user for legal reasons.Paywalls abound.
3. I was able to get 5500+ coins from the adds by just spamming the free button that starts the adds.Have to pay to use monsters other than the most basic stuff.
4. An option to use numbers rather than "light, medium, or heavy damage" would make it far more enjoyable. Its awsome, but there are a couple enemies that were not added yet even though similar ones were.
5. It approximates things a bit but I find it keeps things simple on my side and gives me the detail I need for the player side. It's not bad, really.
6. Set things up and then run the encounters using the built in battle tracker.
7. Some monsters are locked, but i already unlocked 5 for free for just using the app, kinda worth it.
8. Useful aid, whether you're creating custom encounters or generating random ones.
9. It also feels like a generic zombie is needed. This is a good app for starting DMs in my opinion.
10. But the simplified combat just feels more confusing than helpful.
11. Maps are FAR FAR too small and no grid colors for older eyes hindered me badly.
