1. i downloaded the app on my laptop to complete some quests because it will not let me on my phone due to bugs as mentioned and when i go to name my mage it wont let me press enter? if you could please look into this that would be great because i really enjoy this game!! also, this game works great on my phone but when i created the spider spinner potion (i think that's what it's called??) it wouldn't let me crawl into the cave..This is honestly the worst game I have ever played.It keeps stopping at ramdom times like when I just load in.Some of the quests aren't actually able to complete.This game is a waste of time.Besides that,it is really glitchy and and the things in the shop are bugged so I never always receive the items.WOOOOW!!!! This game is AWESOME!! Nice graphics, good storyline, great characters...This game has it all.

2. (I downloaded the PC version and was able to easily complete the above mentioned quests.) Otherwise, a truly captivating game and so fun to play! I was so excited when my mythie became level 8 so I could fly everywhere!I didn't get to play much and I may come back and play the game on my computer, but this is a good game to replace SoD for younger children.

3. 1) broom flying physics 2) impossible quests: "Target Practice" from Holly and "Spider Spinner" (may not be exact name) from Laurel 3) taking too much space 4) loading too long 5) incomplete? (maybe because of impossible quests keeping me from moving forward) 6) odd landscape quirks (hole near waterfall in Tree of Wisdom allows me to swim through the island and then keep on swimming ABOVE water) This is bad.

4. Don't install this, please.i loved jumpstart when i was younger and this game was really nostalgic for me, but it's so buggy and it's impossible to do ANY quests without having to close and open the game over and over again.

8. It's a bit buggy on chromebook but that may be because of how much space I have, when I went to name my mage, the game compleatly froze up on me.

1. Fix JumpStart Magic and Mythies Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart JumpStart Magic and Mythies: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the JumpStart Magic and Mythies App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JumpStart Magic and Mythies" » Open JumpStart Magic and Mythies » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JumpStart Magic and Mythies » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear JumpStart Magic and Mythies app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JumpStart Magic and Mythies servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JumpStart Magic and Mythies" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check JumpStart Magic and Mythies app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JumpStart Magic and Mythies might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall JumpStart Magic and Mythies. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JumpStart Magic and Mythies then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JumpStart Magic and Mythies not working

2. Fix JumpStart Magic and Mythies Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JumpStart Magic and Mythies be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
