By refusing to update World of Jumpstart, not fixing the jumpees, refusing to update Math Blaster, not allowing us to play the 3D virtual world games, making Supersecret unplayable, and even neglecting Magic & Mythies (I really liked the concept but the game itself was sadly underwhelming), you're just alienating that playerbase.We love this game however I can't take off the hints and they give hints every 3 to 5 seconds and doesn't give my child a chance to learn... I've tried finding a way to turn it off or do a different timer, I've tried making a ticket but have not heard back since giving them the information they needed and I'm at the point of deleting itAs soon as I open the app to get started I am asked to answer 100 friggin grade 2 math questions and it KEEPS GOING.

2. I want to love this!! But I've been paying for a subscription for over 6 months now.. and rarely am able to use it because either I'm having password issues.. issues with it loading at all, or it's not registering that I'm paying for the app! It's so frustrating :( my kids love it when it works.. but it's making learning impossible when I can't even open the app.For some odd reason I keep trying to login and it keeps saying issue with connection to server .

3. I also paid for the app so it's kind of irritating to have to deal with ! I turned the wifi off on the tablet and it still doesn't work !!While I love that my kids can experience the love of Jumpstart that my husband and I could as kids, we are having trouble with being able to download it on my daughter's new tablet (Galaxy Tab A).

10. 4 stars for the price!I remember playing Jump Start as early as 6 years old (year 1999) and I can certainly say that it played an integral part on my cognitive skills until I graduated college.
