1. Later when I tried to cancel membership I had to look up, then email jumbstart to cancel membership because the app lacks the interface for parent to change payment preference and/or membership statis.I literally put my credit card information in and could no longer login nor register my child it says internal server something or another load the game again! That's kinda cheesy.... I'll be canceling at the end of the 14 day trial because I can't use it! ABC Mouse it is!Sadly, this app does not work on the nabi.

To make a long story longer😁, my son is now an honor roll senior in high school, attending early college, is a business owner,since he was 17 (music production) and is working his 3rd year as the Aquatics Director at one of our local Boys and Girls Clubs! I truly believe that he was born smart😊 but also believe your apps enhanced his learning capabilities.

3. The developer (or customer service) wrote me to tell me I need an android device with Google play store to play it... nabi's are android devices with google play store factory installed on them.

4. I also never got an email stating to verify it which i guess that should have been a clue but super annoyed that i paid that amount just to not be able to use it and then i have to pay again if i want it for my child on a different device which is ridiculous.

5. I am uninstalling to free up spacefor Apps that my children can actually use.App glitched up when I payed for membership, and would not sychronize membership during purchase time.

6. Shortly after I paid for a whole year now the games will not work on any devices.

7. If you are thinking of buying the FOREVER MEMBERSHIP don't! You will never be able to log in I have been charged 3 times and it always tells me I do not have a account.
