Why should I report an Issue with Flikit: Flipbook?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Ian Wilkey to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The point is to mindlessly draw and have fun, even in the description it says "Flipbook is not intended to be a full movie animation studio, rather a fun, fast, and easy way to share silly animations," You don't need color, I understand wanting an eraser but you still don't need it.

Not very accommodating.I think this app is not the best.....theres no erase....you cant zoom in which makes it harder to draw....i think flipcilp is alot better to use cuz you can zoom in you can chang tools on flipclipIt's great an all but it's missing a few things like zooming in and out, rotating canvas, eraser and that's all :>Nor good at all.

3. I have good hopes for this app though.Really good, you are not supposed to have colors or erasers it is for beginner who want to draw stickmans blowing up TNT not super complex among us round as 1 flipbook.

4. My only complaint is some buttons on a phone can be hard to press but seriously, if you want actual animation just use flipaclip.I know many have given it low stars, but here'sy argument.

5. My people here are reccomending flipaclip which is amazing but only if you are planning to remain commited and learn and letterally draw each frame.

6. This one is better for having fun with just few framesIt's a decent app for it's purpose of making simple animations, but I saw that the button sizes were too small to hit, and this could really use an eraser function.

1. Fix Flikit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Flikit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Flikit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Flikit" » Open Flikit: Flipbook » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Flikit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Flikit: Flipbook app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Flikit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Flikit: Flipbook" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Flikit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Flikit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Flikit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Flikit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Flikit not working

2. Fix Flikit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Flikit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Flikit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Flikit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
