1. The event is in Raleigh this week and this is not a good time for the app not to work properlyEasy to add to my schedule, add alerts, and plan ahead to see all that's happening at the con! Here we go!this app works but it doesn't have an itinerary just has guests vendors and tickets the event it less than a month away and the app still isnt readyhelped out alot.

2. A problem that I've noticed is that the notifications don't appear and the "show on map" option don't work as well... Overall, it's good.This app is good for pre-planning but utterly useless during the convention as it needs web connection just to open and show events.

1. Fix GalaxyCon Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GalaxyCon: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GalaxyCon App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GalaxyCon" » Open GalaxyCon » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GalaxyCon » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GalaxyCon app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GalaxyCon servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GalaxyCon" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GalaxyCon app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GalaxyCon might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GalaxyCon. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GalaxyCon then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GalaxyCon not working

2. Fix GalaxyCon Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GalaxyCon be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GalaxyCon not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GalaxyCon may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
