1. It's easy to add play cards to your account and it keeps track of your balance and ticket balance while you're there, which is a big help! No complaints, but as a suggestion, there should be an option to pay cash at the register if you're already there and want to reload or order food or whatever in case you aren't able to use a credit card or don't want to for whatever reason.My progress in the app got reset for some reason.

2. In terms of recharging my card, it's pretty easy that I tend to recharge while visiting a physical location.It was fun for our first time there.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix D&B Rewards Issues

1. Fix D&B Rewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart D&B Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the D&B Rewards App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "D&B Rewards" » Open D&B Rewards » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for D&B Rewards » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear D&B Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from D&B Rewards servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "D&B Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check D&B Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, D&B Rewards might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall D&B Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall D&B Rewards then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing D&B Rewards not working


2. Fix D&B Rewards Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make D&B Rewards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to D&B Rewards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, D&B Rewards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I have a new phone number and I was trying to update my account. The thing is that when I went on my old phone, the account wasn’t there yet it still says that my email is still connected to my account. Please delete my account completely so that I can log in again
