1. It's easy to add play cards to your account and it keeps track of your balance and ticket balance while you're there, which is a big help! No complaints, but as a suggestion, there should be an option to pay cash at the register if you're already there and want to reload or order food or whatever in case you aren't able to use a credit card or don't want to for whatever reason.My progress in the app got reset for some reason.
2. In terms of recharging my card, it's pretty easy that I tend to recharge while visiting a physical location.It was fun for our first time there.
3. -Sometimes, it just doesn't update the card totals, especially when I'm in a D&B, which defies the point.So many errors! Half of the things you can do in the app just result in errors.
4. Why is there a $3.00 charge to add a new card to the app? There is no physical card, no employee that set it up for you, and yet it's required for you to play anything in the building.

8. I also found the "auto recharge" when you're low on points even when switched off, reopening the app and it switches back to auto reload.
9. I loaded $25 onto a new card, added it to my app, and didn't get anything.
10. I logged into the app to check the balance of my card.

I have a new phone number and I was trying to update my account. The thing is that when I went on my old phone, the account wasn’t there yet it still says that my email is still connected to my account. Please delete my account completely so that I can log in again
