Why should I report an Issue with Wink - Friends & Dating App?

1. I tried emailing Wink twice to help fix the issue and see if they could fix it, but no response.The app worked well at first, but after a while it started freezing a lot and wouldn't let me swipe left or right on people.

2. Now they say "you can't send a message without being verified", when I've been verified for a while, and texting people who were NOT verified.

3. I've made a friend who's a lot like me on there and started talking to some pretty cool people.

There was also a bug where about a month ago I was talking to someone on the app and while I was texting them the option to block them randomly popped up although I didn't even press the dotted line I accidentally clicked block, it didn't give me an option if I'm sure I would like to block them and It just got rid of them from my page.

6. A few flaws with the profile having to be verified each time you add or remove a photo or edit your bio.

7. The screens are loading, many of the clickings are not working... It makes me think about logging out and in to try again, but I couldn't even log in back! The app kept glitching.Took me 8 tries to log in with snap.

8. It also has a feature, so you can see one person who's added you over 24 hours ago, per ad you watch, but when I click the watch ad button, nothing happens.It's a neat app.

9. It's way too easy for child predators to use.There are just a bunch of bots and weird people on here.

10. Can't swipe people for 20 seconds after each swipe for some reason.

11. Imo, it would be easier if you like lose contact with a person bc you lost your old acc or something.I've been using it for a year and a half almost and it's buggy.

1. Fix Wink Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Wink: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Wink App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wink" » Open Wink - Friends & Dating App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wink » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wink - Friends & Dating App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wink servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wink - Friends & Dating App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wink app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wink might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wink. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wink then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wink not working

2. Fix Wink Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wink be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wink not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wink may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
