1. This app has no added value for me over the webapp in a browser.What the hell are you guys doing with the push messages? I only activated breaking news as push and get like 15-20 pushes per day? News about the latest bachelor episode is not breaking news, I dont want 5 push messages from the same corona press conference and so on... Fix your push policies for gods sake!! Breaking news is max 1 push per day!Good app but the comment function is absolutely useless! Very difficult to scroll up the text while writing the comment, coments can get deleted for what reason ever.

2. It is DISGUSTING how they use the titles of their articles to generate and spread unnecessary fear and panic! One must read the whole article to find out, in the end, that the title gives a completely wrong and fake message! Titles of articles regarding covid and the war in Ukraine were the last drop for me! They should be ashamed of themselves!Comment section has been crippled since the last update.

3. If you want to see if it's approved, go and scroll all coments down.After last update it keeps my Bluetooth stopping!!! After they released an update quite fast, normal behavior of my bluetooth, thank you support team..What a garbage news portal.

4. They activate it on selected news, they pick which comments they will publish or not, sometimes they will also deactivate the comments if they are not happy about it... Imagine YouTube or the Playstore doing the same ...Used to enjoy this app.

5. Since the last update, this App interferes with the Bluetooth connection of my phone.

6. Oh and you are far from being neutral journalists...Sometimes hard to tell if the news are paid ads or not.

1. Fix 20 Minuten Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 20 Minuten: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 20 Minuten App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "20 Minuten" » Open 20 Minuten - Nachrichten » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 20 Minuten » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 20 Minuten - Nachrichten app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 20 Minuten servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "20 Minuten - Nachrichten" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 20 Minuten app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 20 Minuten might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 20 Minuten. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 20 Minuten then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 20 Minuten not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 20 Minuten be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 20 Minuten not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 20 Minuten may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
