Hello, I’ve had this tv box for a long time and it hasn’t been working. Each app that we use it kicks us out from and never loads. It will go from a loading screen to a black or frozen screen for 5 minutes then kick us out of the app. We got a new internet router and the internet wasn’t the problem. The signal with the remote and box is bad. The clicks are delayed and it isn’t the batteries because we’ve changed them and they still do the same thing as before. I’m wanting a new improved box so that we can watch in peace without it glitching and freezing because we haven’t been able to watch something on it in months.
