Why should I report an Issue with Kamasutra - Sex Positions?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Viktory Perm Dev to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Couple that with zero explanations for each position and this is a quick uninstall for me.Terrible. First thing that showed up was the "3 days free then 7.99 per week" Wouldnt let me hit the x button to get to the free option so I cannot use the free version of itIt's extremely good and helping to spice things up, though some visuals are not clear enough and hard to understand some positions.Can't make out what half of these are they are completely black.

2. That being said the silhouettes of the man and the woman need th be different colors so you can see exactly how they are positioned and in needs descriptions of what you do to get into and perform each position Some positions are way too complicated and can cause people to get hurt.

3. For gamification I am missing a checkbox for each possition (for somebody who wants to try all) and then a filter for unchecked.The app is free ill give em that there is an x in the top right corner you hit it blends very well so it's hard to see.

4. Pretty disappointing.A lot of of ads (for the free version) and it does not say the name of the position.funny how all the complaining about the ilistrations.

5. It's intended for couples to try new positions not for teens and creeps to crank off to.Could be good if more time was spent on app.

1. Fix Kamasutra Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kamasutra: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kamasutra App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kamasutra" » Open Kamasutra - Sex Positions » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kamasutra » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kamasutra - Sex Positions app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kamasutra servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kamasutra - Sex Positions" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kamasutra app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kamasutra might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kamasutra. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kamasutra then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kamasutra not working

2. Fix Kamasutra Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kamasutra be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kamasutra not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kamasutra may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
