Why should I report an Issue with Bulbshare?

1. Makes me sad, because I am missing out on so much! I'd also like to be a part of channels about quick ways to make money online, gig work, pets, kids, marriage, AA/NA, cooking, decor, crafts, freebies, etc.So far the app won't open and it's caused me to stray from my original app (POGO).. Therefore I will not get rewarded for the survey I completed, nor for downloading this app.

2. They have fun and interesting surveys that cover topics I am interested in and pretty decent compensation for them and it is almost always instant compensation to my PayPal.There aren't always a lot of paid opportunities, it co.es and goes, bit that's business.

3. Downside is that they do a lot of unpaid briefs, haven't had a paid survey eye opportunity in a couple of weeks.First of all let me point out that i am a member of about 30 survey panels, forums and groups and if i had to list my top three then bulbshare would definitely be in it.

4. The app is easy to install and easy to navigate.Excellent :)The tasks are interesting and relatively easy to complete, and in return you receive a free cinema ticket (although this may vary depending on which task you have signed up for).

5. Overall, despite the issues, I think this is a very novel way to canvass people's ideas and opinions.Quick .50¢-$5 here and there! Please have more paid briefs! I wish there was a way we could join whatever channel we would like.

6. These are fun! Only thing that is a bit frustrating is when I get asked mid survey to snap a pic of something kinda specific, I don't always have said item on hand! Maybe make it where we can finish the questions, come back and then get the pic uploaded.Bulbshare is a great site.

7. The briefs (questionaires) are interesting because they cover topics that are a bit different than the norm and also don't take forever to complete.

8. Also, it would be good if bulbshare could provide details of expiry dates for cinema tickets, as the emails don't include this information so it is unclear whether an expiry date applies.

9. I must say they don't consider those on the other side of the world on opposite time zones & often don't give us enough time to join the brief due to the time difference.

10. You do get paid for some, which is nice and you only have to do the ones you want to.Have cashed in at least $20.00 worth of PayPal cash and still going.

1. Fix Bulbshare Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bulbshare: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bulbshare App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bulbshare" » Open Bulbshare » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bulbshare » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bulbshare app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bulbshare servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bulbshare" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bulbshare app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bulbshare might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bulbshare. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bulbshare then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bulbshare not working

2. Fix Bulbshare Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bulbshare be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bulbshare not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bulbshare may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
