1. If we could get the ads to stop I would have given it a 5 rating.An excellent app! Would have given 5 stars but I just don't like how you get trapped within the ads/marketing.Excellent content, realistic sounds, interesting games and and intuitive touch!I want most of the things I can download for my kids but I don't want to be long on the App to download it needs to happen fast I'm very impatient and it takes alot of timeIt's great because babies learn the sounds of animals, vehicles and musical instruments.Too many invasive ads that stop the app.

Definitely not worth it if you,re looking to help a toddler build vocabulary.The App is lovely for kids, consider pinning it so that it doesn't allow the child to move to other things on the phone and the ads really sucks a child can press on that and download very annoying.I love this for my grandson, he loves playing it, however, we paid to have the ads removed and the ads still pop up.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Touch Sounds » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baby Touch Sounds app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Touch Sounds" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
