1. Paying for messaging? Where are we? 2005?This is a great app and very good at getting matches and people messaging you but the only down side is that you have to pay for hearts and it cost 10 hearts to send just one message I think that uf ut was free to message people and you pay for the premium version of it then it wouldent be so bad I find that when I text someone you have to waylit a few days before you can text them again properly as you only get three hearts a day but cost 10 to send a message please make the messageing freeVery bad app, you can't even watch photos without paying also you can't message someone that you've matched .

A scam site.It's as if you are texting to an a.i system than i real person, in my experience all the ladies on this dating app site are fictional and not real people but an a.i system!!Only just started to use the app even though its been on my mobile for over a year! However, I started to use it yesterday & cannot believe the difference between this app & others.

3. But you very quickly get a message from the people responsible for this terrible scam of an app, saying that if you give them rating of 4 or 5 stars, you will get a bit of currency for free.

4. There's tons of fake profiles with pictures of fairly attractive women and fake unrealistic names, that send you messages clearly written with google translator.

5. One of worst dating apps don't download unless you want to pay endless amounts for every move !!Having been on here for just over a year chatting to a local female that unfortunately flopped.

6. You get lots of attention and are able to reply in return 😃 Just keep in mind that hearts have to be used to reply to messages and this costs money.

7. BUT you can't send a message to the person you matched with for free.

8. But be honest, a 7/10 guy getting 3 matches and like 20 profile views within 10 minutes of signing up, without a complete profile lol.

9. Accordingly the location and accuracy of the profiles you meet are most likely fake in order for you to pay.

   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Herzlich - Chats, Dating & Fli" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Herzlich app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Herzlich might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Herzlich. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Herzlich then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Herzlich not working

2. Fix Herzlich Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Herzlich be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Herzlich not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
