Why should I report an Issue with GeoLocator — We Link Family?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of GeoLoc to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. need some tweek there and there as it is developing but it's perfect for me and my family.👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾Not a good app i can't get it to find location, and is confusingStupid app i can't even enter the app in language section because there is forceful ad blocking my wayThis is my 2nd year having the app.

2. The app itself has some issues in terms of not being updating the location love as well as very big errors of person location.App doesn't load past the annoying advert.

3. Frustrating if you are trying to read road names.Correction: I was excited about using this app! I can't wait to use the features, especially the walkie talkie! Update the walkie talkie didn't work nor did anything else.

4. It works okay... it may or may not upgrade the location it may or may not allow me to connect with baby monitor mode.

5. Takes a while for "monitoring" to kick in and its not always accurate but I can switch to history for current location.

6. Was renew in February and I am not getting what I pay for.Took money twice for subscription, emailed 3 times for refund one of them, no answer whatsoever.

7. When is this going to get right? I will cancel this if not fixed! (Updated June 8/2023)~ Still having problems.

8. Was a good app but no good if you have to wait 20 mins for the app to open.Worked fine for years.

1. Fix GeoLocator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GeoLocator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GeoLocator App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GeoLocator" » Open GeoLocator — We Link Family » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GeoLocator » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GeoLocator — We Link Family app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GeoLocator servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GeoLocator — We Link Family" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GeoLocator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GeoLocator might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GeoLocator. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GeoLocator then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GeoLocator not working

2. Fix GeoLocator Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GeoLocator be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GeoLocator not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GeoLocator may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
