1. It's been a couple of days now since I reached out about 2 polfish surveys that I completed and didn't get credit for it was a good hour between the 2 of them so until credit is given on those its 2 stars will change to 4 stars afterI'm giving you people three stars for now because, I got to 973 points I couldn't play the ad video again because I was about to reach the point if withdrawal which is bad, I had to download an app and use first before I could reach 1000 points.

2. Thanks coinloot.I'm backed up 3 withdraws of over $10 dollars worth of coins ?!! The reward is delayed, just as the withdraw is? Given the "developers" don't even offer every method to earn coins on the app as they do they're website, I'm assuming the delayed withdraws aren't for verification it's lack of effort on the platform.

3. I'm in California and all the offers track instantly these guys who aren't getting credited are the ones not eligible to participate on these offers because of they're current location.

4. For some reason they have surveys that are expired but you dont know that till you complete the survey only to not get any points.

1. Fix Coinloot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Coinloot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Coinloot App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Coinloot" » Open Coinloot - Earn Bitcoin » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Coinloot » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Coinloot - Earn Bitcoin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Coinloot servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Coinloot - Earn Bitcoin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Coinloot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Coinloot might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Coinloot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Coinloot then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Coinloot not working

2. Fix Coinloot Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Coinloot be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Coinloot not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Coinloot may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
