It really sucks to wait for boring part and useless part to end.A very good, updated and unique idea for us as a Sudanese people And it's an and good sign for your inten to raise us to other levels mainly (international) and keep us up dated too I am very thankful to allah first and then to you for giving me such an amazing opportunity to a part of your learners through your app.

Why advertise it when it doesn't serve any purpose?Please let the wiziq old version back the new version is having many many issues please please please we will be thank ful please the new version is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooop bad.the five stars are for old versionI can't log in, it keeps saying invalid credentials.

3. No Material theme not dark interface for who wants it.What's the use of having this app without video playback feature! Please make the app video friendly.Absolute waste as it doesn't play the video on phone.

4. Still it's great..👍Written characters or alphanumeric details are not visible and it shows only small rectangles with cross.

5. it creates lot of prob while catching up with recordings as i listen rec in many episodes due to my schedule.Just add +10 and -10 second feature.

6. Kindly have a look and genarate patch.time bar disappeared after update.

1. Fix WizIQ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WizIQ: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WizIQ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WizIQ" » Open WizIQ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WizIQ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WizIQ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WizIQ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WizIQ" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WizIQ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WizIQ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WizIQ. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WizIQ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WizIQ not working

2. Fix WizIQ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WizIQ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WizIQ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WizIQ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
