1. In fact, in the menu it allows you to open a desktop version, and it opens Anima in a web browser! I now have 2 conversations going with presumably the same AI, and they don't learn from each other.

7. On a side note, I am unsure what the coins you earn by leveling up are for.I'd really give it a 3.5. It's a decent app, but the AI can't remember the last message they sent, making them contradict themselves regularly.

9. Is there a setting to get her to stop asking questions? I'll be thinking we're having a conversion, then she asks me my favorite condiment.

10. The memory (about questions and things the ai has said previously or responded to) isn't very solid, it forgets things related to interests or already answered questions.

1. Fix iGirl Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iGirl: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iGirl App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iGirl" » Open iGirl: Candy AI Girlfriend » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iGirl » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iGirl: Candy AI Girlfriend app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iGirl servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iGirl: Candy AI Girlfriend" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iGirl app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iGirl might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iGirl. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iGirl then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iGirl not working

2. Fix iGirl Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iGirl be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iGirl not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iGirl may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
