Why should I report an Issue with InSaver for Instagram?

1. When I went to the app the links were up there but it never showed the videos or pictures and it has a search button I press that and it still didn't work.it's a great app! but recently it won't let me download some of the stuff like i put the URL link in but it says it isn't correct :( it's weird since it's has worked before but idk..EVERYONE! TO MAKE THE APP WORK ENTER THE URL, PRESS ON AN AD AND GO BACK, THEN PRESS SAVE TO FAVORITES, THEN DOWNLOAD.

2. Buutttt but 🍑 if i have the link of photo on my second clipboard it dont work, i put the link on the texbox but there is no button to click and to have the post shows, Try it by writing with keybord the link and there will be no option to show the post.

3. YOU'RE WELCOMEIt's a five but there is one problem sometimes it doesn't copy over the link...or It shows the last one you copied instead of the new one.It's fantastic all you have to do is copy the link, go to insaver and save it.

4. Thankssome of the URLs don't work even though I copied it straight from instagram :c but most of the time it works fine and saves it without lowering the quality of the vid.

5. It breaks my heart the only issues I ever had were once facebook starting advertising (or at least I started seeing the problems) those ads would glitch and stay on not allowing for the download forcing you to watch the ad but than needing to go through the process again to insave.

6. I tried a lot of different links or pictures and it still didn't work.

7. Just add equal features for BOTH pleaseI tried this app and it didn't work.

8. I copy the url have to enter in manually now and cannot press search or anything.

9. but I'd still like to find a way to fix the other URLs pleaseIt was great on my iPhone and used it on my android note 9 but it stopped working.

10. IF IT IS A SLIDE AND THE IMAGE/VIDEO YOU WANT IS FARTHER THEN PRESS SAVE TO FAVORITES AND SWIPE TO THE VIDEO/IMAGE.

1. Fix InSaver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart InSaver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the InSaver App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "InSaver" » Open InSaver for Instagram » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for InSaver » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear InSaver for Instagram app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from InSaver servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "InSaver for Instagram" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check InSaver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, InSaver might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall InSaver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall InSaver then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing InSaver not working

2. Fix InSaver Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make InSaver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to InSaver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, InSaver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
