Why should I report an Issue with Word Swag - Add Text On Photos?

1. Personally, I can't imagine why, as in my experience it has been a complete and utter waste of money AND time.I paid for this app before it switched developers, and they've decided to change it to a subscription.

2. Isn't that what I pay a monthly subscription for??? I will be cancelling my subscription and deleting this app.PAID for premium, keep being prompted to repurchase it, but WHY WOULD I BOTHER??? I was given the API for Classic, which disappeared from my phone, and I was prompted to pay for that as well.

3. The updates are absolutely terrible and I'm not going to start paying for an app that isn't giving what it's supposed to give in the first place.I purchased & have been using the origional version for my business/personal use for years & have always loved it.

4. I paid for high res, and they took that away from me.Did this app change hands? I've used it for years & loved it! Now it barely functions.

5. The features and fonts I paid for, used to use and love are now subscription only.

8. The previous font styles are gone and have been replaced with fonts that I can only describe as mostly unreadable.

9. I paid premium, and the app can't remember, so it tells me to upgrade after each design.

10. Either issue refunds or change the app back!I recently switched from iPhone to Android.

11. Polish Pro version is MUCH easier to use, more user friendly, includes better fonts, and ISN'T A COMPLETE SCAM.

1. Fix Word Swag Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Word Swag: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Word Swag App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Word Swag" » Open Word Swag - Add Text On Photos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Word Swag » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Word Swag - Add Text On Photos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Word Swag servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Word Swag - Add Text On Photos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Word Swag app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Word Swag might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Word Swag. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Word Swag then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Word Swag not working

2. Fix Word Swag Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Word Swag be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Word Swag not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Word Swag may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
