Why should I report an Issue with Text: add text to photo. Fonts?

1. MY ONLY ISSUE (and it's a pretty big one bringing it from a 5* to a 3*) is that it's started to create a black box around the text or stickers I add and it doesn't seem it be able to be removed.I just found this editor and I like it, so many cute stickers but it's bad I can't export my work without app watermark :( It would be relevant if there were some advanced fonts or stickers or something that would be available only on Pro version but, Pro version just to save a photo? Now I just have to delete this app.

2. Anyways it's really nice and easy to use.The fonts are great but the text are so plain, there's nothing to make the color of it more interesting like gradient or other text effects or just something that can make it less plain.

3. The app is so MESSED up on my device.I don't understand why every time I want to change the color or background of the text, change the level of transparency, change the font or change with other filters.

4. maybe you could add an auto-save to projects feature so that if it does crash the work won't be lost...there's one spatter (i guess thats what you would call it) shape that I've used so much i'm beginning to feel its worn out in my designs, but if there were more like that it would be great, I think my main complaint is that a lot of the paint strokes and others have too hard of edges, they would be so much nicer if they were just a bit softer, so you can make those kinds of frames you see if you google watercolor frames png or glitter frames png.

5. Many options easy to use.Great app! It has nice fonts with different shades to optimize them, we can edit different texts at the same time just clicking on the slides we has added on the photo.

6. There's a bug I noticed that when I edit text using the slider icon on the bottom it just makes the text freak out and / or shrink to nothing not even showing the changes to color or transparency.

7. I can't see the stickers and stuff! There's only fonts and then nothing other than that! Honestly, I'm so so frustrated right now considering that i was so excited when i downloaded it then just get disappointments when i tried using it.

8. Thanks for your quick response, I hope you are able to resolve those issues because like I said, I really do want to love this app, the design and UI is brilliant, much better than any other apps like this... it has some of the most gorgeous fonts of any app i've ever used.

9. Waste of time, I could do this using any number of text adders in less than 10 seconds the very first time ever using them.

10. Absolutely easy to use, it's the 2nd one I liked and found easy to cope with after using add text for months.

11. For example: you cannot close the app once you open it, any adjustments to text causes it to shrink irreparably, and some basic features such as duplication are missing.This app is incredible and surprisingly impressive.

1. Fix Text Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Text: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Text App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Text" » Open Text: add text to photo. Fonts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Text » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Text: add text to photo. Fonts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Text servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Text: add text to photo. Fonts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Text app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Text might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Text. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Text then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Text not working

2. Fix Text Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Text be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Text not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Text may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
