1. makes the app next to useles for me as prevents creativity and the way the developer squeezes you for money make me feel angry, one charge fine but the app is no where near worth the rediculous amount needed to unlock it enough to make it really usable.

2. My only request for enhancements are perhaps some user tips or notifications if words are too long or identifying the words the program can't use (due to size or whatever).

3. the word to cloud is great, works well but the cost of unlocking template shapes is insain and far from woth it.

4. It's very easy than typing one by one each word.It didn't use the words selected.

5. What's the point if it invites the user to add words and remove the unwanted ones but then doesn't use that selection.

1. Fix Word Clouds Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Word Clouds: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Word Clouds App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Word Clouds" » Open Word Clouds: word art designer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Word Clouds » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Word Clouds: word art designer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Word Clouds servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Word Clouds: word art designer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Word Clouds app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Word Clouds might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Word Clouds. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Word Clouds then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Word Clouds not working

2. Fix Word Clouds Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Word Clouds be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Word Clouds not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Word Clouds may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
