Why should I report an Issue with UNdata?

1. UNdata app is a free app produced by the United Nations that gives users portable access to a compilation of key statistical indicators organised into 4 sections: general information, economic indicators, social indicators, and environment and infrastructure indicators.

2. The indicators have been collected from more than 20 international statistical sources compiled regularly by the Statistics Division and the Population Division of the United Nations, the statistical services of the United Nations, specialized agencies and other international organizations and institutions.

3. The latest version of the UNdata app is based on the 2022 edition of the United Nations World Statistics Pocketbook and contains data as of July 2022.

4. The app is multilingual with the option to present the information in one of the following languages: English, French and Spanish.

5. The information is provided for 30 geographical regions and over 200 countries and areas of the world.

6. With a simple and easy to use interface, this app enables users to quickly find each profile.

My only complaint is that the information is not updated to more recent terms.I love this application and will try again useful for all peopleAs as avid participant at many model UN conferences, this app is great at helping with country tea search or for fun when just wanting to learn more about the wonderful world we live in.Good app, its nice know how the world is doing and to have some official Data to back up ones arguments.the app crashed everytime I click at any tab.

But with a few interface updates and a better structure i see real potentialA lot of data... but for some of them is really hard to know how to read them - for example, if you chose Economic indicators for Germany, you find "GDP per capita" is 20,0... 36,1... 231,6 U$ for the year 2010, 2015, 2021 respectively.

4. Had the App maps of Region and Country searched by user, it would have been more helpful and informative.I like this app! It is filled with knowledge from any country you can think of.

1. Fix UNdata Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart UNdata: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the UNdata App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UNdata" » Open UNdata » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UNdata » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UNdata app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UNdata servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UNdata" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UNdata app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UNdata might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall UNdata. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UNdata then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UNdata not working

2. Fix UNdata Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UNdata be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UNdata not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UNdata may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
