1. I noticed it doesn't run well on high grade smartphones most especially when you try to change the grid settings on the app But it's a great app nonethelessWorks perfectly on lower version of smartphone but on higher version, it freezes and crashes.

2. The previous versions where far better.Looks really good, so it's incredibly disappointing that the app crashes every time I try to adjust the grid or access settings, rendering it unusable.

3. It seems dev has moved on to other things & left this app orphaned, bc I see reviews complaining about these issues as far back as 2017- & no reply from dev since 2016ish? Not sure why Google doesn't remove orphan apps like this.Honestly worst app I have ever used.

1. Fix Sketch Grid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sketch Grid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sketch Grid App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sketch Grid" » Open Sketch Grid - Free » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sketch Grid » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sketch Grid - Free app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sketch Grid servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sketch Grid - Free" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sketch Grid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sketch Grid might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sketch Grid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sketch Grid then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sketch Grid not working

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sketch Grid may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
