1. When you have a deadline to order or change order, this is not helpful.App is easy to use and works well, I just wish there were more dietary preference settings options like the option to exclude certain types of meat from being autoselected when you don't prepick your recipes!Great experience so far, I've had to pause my subscription atm for personal reasons.

2. It would be nice to have an allergy filter which removed recipes with things I can't eat in.The app works well mostly - there are a few glitches but Gousto customer service are fantastic and usually on hand to a help.

3. App is easy to use, a lot of recipe options that cater to a variety of diets, you can track your boxes, pause subscription or skip boxes and pick your recipes weeks in advance.

4. Would recommendI can't live without Gousto anymore: I can eat more healthy without a choice, no need to plan or go shopping, saving space on the fridge as I only have exactly what I need and it's a lot cheaper than buying things in only going to use a little bit of.

1. Fix Gousto Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gousto: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gousto App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gousto" » Open Gousto » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gousto » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gousto app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gousto servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gousto" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gousto app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gousto might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gousto. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gousto then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gousto not working

2. Fix Gousto Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gousto be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gousto not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gousto may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
