Once you have developed a habit of setting the app alongside the built in vehicle tachograph its times are pretty accurate to the vehicle times, and in case of smaller deviations you can always sync the app times to your real times manually.Brilliant app, the GPS on these alternative tacho apps are not accurate as this apps also states but when you end the day, the fact you can just push in driving time that your print out says it is amazing, so your getting accurate information, which you can't do with trucktimer or tacho guard, love the journal view as well, subbed for the year, hope to see some updates as I have to keep typing in UK to search country everyday slightly annoying as it could be in a saved list, which is only seems to save for the end country, all in all brilliant software !! The best.

2. it would be nice if a bit more detail was shown to match a printout but yeah pretty good.keeps track of your hours, time off and weekly rest, perfect app really i paid for the subscription and its worth it i would give it 5* but the only issue i have is your weekly drive and working hours, they count down where i would prefer it count up to see what you have done if there was an option to change between remaining and worked the app would be 5*Useful app used in conjunction with my vehicle's tacho which only displays/warns of driving time and not hours worked.

3. My only criticism is that the GPS doesn't always seem to sense the vehicle moving or stopping and switch the app to "driving" or "other work" This means that I've had to manually adjust my driving time, which kind of defeats the point of the app in the first place.

4. A great improvement would be if it told you your total break hours each day, your total other work hours and allowed for manual adjustments like the driving hours.

5. What also would be helpful is if it can show you your average work hours and allow for manual adjustment to comply with the 48 work hours averagePretty easy to use once you work out bits and pieces.

6. The GPS is a bit hit and miss however it does allow you to manually correct your driving hours.

7. Suggested feature: allow us to input future scheduled shifts so we can more easily see if they'd be putting us into or close to tacho infringement.A great app that makes times management clear and easy, especially for novice drivers.

1. Fix Tachograph Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tachograph: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tachograph App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tachograph" » Open Tachograph - mobile assistant » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tachograph » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tachograph - mobile assistant app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tachograph servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tachograph - mobile assistant" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tachograph app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tachograph might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tachograph. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tachograph then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tachograph not working

2. Fix Tachograph Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tachograph be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tachograph not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tachograph may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
