Very bad, there's an add by Mozzart Sports Betting that has hijacked reading of articles, once you open an article to read, the add pop's up and covers the entire page hence you can't read anything and it doesn't have the option of closing it, you end up not reading anything you intended to hence closing the entire AppHas an annoying Advert that blocks nearly, the entire page, as soon as you click on any article..One can hardly use the app without some video adds popping up...Too annoying..That wasn't the case before though.....Tuko IT team need to do sth about it...I recently uninstalled the App due to this....Always ahead in current news ...and social news... Please Admi of Tuko...online paper.Note that not possible to read news online since another blank page appears immediately one click on news one is interested.......solve the hitch.....I had to uninstall and install tuko app think...

2. It dampens desire to do further readingI leave you with a five star review but anytime I open a story to read, a white ad space always comes at the top of the screen making it so hard to read anything.

3. Kindly check why ad's are still appearing when they should not.Good app for the news I like it very much and not only news it's really inspires me much with the video clips and life experience shared by Lynes Ngugi.

1. Fix TUKO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TUKO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TUKO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TUKO" » Open TUKO: Breaking Kenya News » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TUKO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TUKO: Breaking Kenya News app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TUKO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TUKO: Breaking Kenya News" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TUKO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TUKO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TUKO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TUKO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TUKO not working

2. Fix TUKO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TUKO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TUKO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TUKO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
