1. I understand they need to show me some, but I should at least get a few minutes of the movie in between ad breaks!We have been using Pluto for quite a long time and it's been pretty reliable until after the last update about a week ago.

2. Please clean up glitches and push an update.I'll start watching a movie that is only available on Pluto and then see 3 ads, then back to the show for only 5 seconds, then the same three ads again.

All of our other streaming services work perfectly finePluto's refined its offerings over the past several years, and it's a really good format to have so many things running Live and many (esp movies) with an option to restart as On-Demand--it's usually the first place I go, even with Netflix in the house.

4. And when watching an on demand show that I've seen 90% of already and sat through the ads, and just want to fast forward to where I was in the movie, I shouldn't have to watch a dozen ad breaks to get to where I was.

1. Fix Pluto TV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pluto TV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pluto TV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pluto TV" » Open Pluto TV: Watch Free Movies/TV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pluto TV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pluto TV: Watch Free Movies/TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pluto TV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pluto TV: Watch Free Movies/TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pluto TV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pluto TV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pluto TV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pluto TV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pluto TV not working

2. Fix Pluto TV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pluto TV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pluto TV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pluto TV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
