1. I have a Galaxy Note 9 and the issue is ninety percent of the time I click on a video for some reason it gets formatted either too small or way too large and I end up getting to only see a quarter of what I'm supposed to be able to see like it's zoomed in automatically and I can't zoom out.

1. Fix Censored.TV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Censored.TV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Censored.TV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Censored.TV" » Open Censored.TV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Censored.TV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Censored.TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Censored.TV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Censored.TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Censored.TV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Censored.TV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Censored.TV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Censored.TV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Censored.TV not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Censored.TV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Censored.TV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
