Why should I report an Issue with MyStory.today?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. My only complaint is, although the spell check offers suggestions, when I tap them it doesn't actually change what is selected and it won't let me type the corrections myself (I figured out I had to back out of editing and reopen it or just retype entire selected text even if I'm only missing a comma between two words.) There also doesn't seem to be a way to add words to the app's dictionary (i.e. oddball character names) so it doesn't mark them as incorrect.

2. I totally recommend it!An excellent app for writing on the go! I've used Google Docs for years, and while good, it becomes very hard to keep organized when working with a novel, MyStory on the other hand makes it easy with it's ability to split up into chapters, and scenes within those chapters.

3. I can get past the editor board, but the colours are off putting and I preferred the black & orange personally (easier on the eyes).I have been using this app for many years now for writing essays, scripts, and short novels, and it works impeccably well.

4. It has the ability to sync devices, revision history, spell check, and a really easy organization to play with - all of which I find useful in writing my short stories and novels.

5. For any writers out there on the go, who don't have access to a computer, I cannot recommend this enough!it seems to me that my story today is a great app at least if all your interest is text for chapters.

6. I love that I can click and add a link to a place or character, but it would be interesting to do a @ persons nameWhile it has the features for typing in fonts and style in the text, can there be colored text? Like red, blue, yellow, black, white.

7. My only criticism is the auto correct which glitches from time to time and could be improved on, but other than that, I highly recommend this app for writing.This app is really great and useful.

8. But I'm not really understanding the options for the characters, like the "short summary" and the "main description", which one is for what? I feel it should be obvious, but I'm not confident, just confused.Fantastic app! Sometimes glitchy with regard to moving things around, but I'm sure that will be fixed.

9. And so far It is great! It is good for planning, keeping ideas, and in total just making your story.

10. The editor board used to be placed in the scene you are using, but now it is on the bottom of the screen, which is easier to access, but I think it was better in the scene itself.

11. but I find it awkward that when I try to put notes on the cork board ,even when I save them, sooner or later when I try to look at them they haven't saved, and it presents me with another cork board format.

1. Fix MyStory.today Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyStory.today: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyStory.today App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyStory.today" » Open MyStory.today » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyStory.today » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyStory.today app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyStory.today servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyStory.today" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyStory.today app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyStory.today might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyStory.today. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyStory.today then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyStory.today not working

2. Fix MyStory.today Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyStory.today be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyStory.today not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyStory.today may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
