1. Either add this feature to the app or let use upload pictures would be most helpful for that and other instances, to many to name.This app has been absolutely amazing! The measurements have been spot on, which helps to eliminate waste and creates a greater profit on the job.

2. I wish the app would work because I really like Hover otherwise.Its is a great idea but in a neighborhood with small lots and mature vegetation, it isn't possible to get the photos required by the application.

The only drawback is they have yet to incorporate all supplier paint colors and vendors and do not have decks included in the 3D model.Horrible app... if you so happen to have ANY bushes or trees around your home, it will not take the REQUIRED pics needed by our insurance companies when demanded.

5. This is a tool everyone should have!The first property I was doing with hover has so many trees and some privacy fences and some vehicles in the way so that I thought sure there was no way the capture was going to work.

6. My app opens, hangs on the main menu while the photos load, and then stays open for about 15 seconds without responding to button clicks, then crashes.

7. I've sent in several bug reports and spoken with Hover support, who is happy to upload my images manually but can't speak on whether a bug fix is in the works or if this is a common issue.

1. Fix Hover Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hover: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hover App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hover" » Open Hover - measure, design, quote » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hover » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hover - measure, design, quote app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hover servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hover - measure, design, quote" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hover app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hover might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hover. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hover then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hover not working

2. Fix Hover Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hover be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hover not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hover may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
