1. All other apps (that I've noticed) work just fine when I'm connected to my VPN.For some reason, every time I try to activate the VPN it says "cannot connect." I use the app mainly in the same location, my school, and I never had this problem before.

2. So, what happens is if I'm connected to a network and it goes offline and my device connects to another network it won't connect because I'll need to go to my settings and force stop the app in order to connect again.

1. Fix Ultra VPN Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ultra VPN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ultra VPN App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ultra VPN" » Open Ultra VPN — Super Secure Proxy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ultra VPN » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ultra VPN — Super Secure Proxy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ultra VPN servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ultra VPN — Super Secure Proxy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ultra VPN app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ultra VPN might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ultra VPN. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ultra VPN then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ultra VPN not working
