Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix VisionTrack ELD Issues
1. Fix VisionTrack ELD Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart VisionTrack ELD: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the VisionTrack ELD App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VisionTrack ELD" » Open VisionTrack ELD » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VisionTrack ELD » click "UPDATE".
- Clear VisionTrack ELD app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VisionTrack ELD servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VisionTrack ELD" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check VisionTrack ELD app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VisionTrack ELD might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall VisionTrack ELD. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VisionTrack ELD then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VisionTrack ELD not working
2. Fix VisionTrack ELD Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VisionTrack ELD be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VisionTrack ELD not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VisionTrack ELD may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
