1. It's his favorite!My son loves your app!! I love the fact that he is happy about it...! He reaally plays it very well!My kids love this, there's loads of jigsaws on it and it keeps them busy for ages!Kids been playing with this app for a while now, loves it and updates make for more fun.It is cool but I want to do the levels that still lock can you please do something about thatHe seems to really like it.

1. Fix Kids Puzzles Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kids Puzzles: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kids Puzzles App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kids Puzzles" » Open Kids Puzzles - Learning words » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kids Puzzles » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kids Puzzles - Learning words app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kids Puzzles servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kids Puzzles - Learning words" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kids Puzzles app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kids Puzzles might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kids Puzzles. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kids Puzzles then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kids Puzzles not working
