BioScan Customer Insights
1. The communication is absolutely zero.It is showing that device not initialised while scanning the finger print.why can t use the smartphone fingerprint ??? way less troubleI wouldn't recommend biometrics program.
2. The app developer have no interest in providing any service.
3. I wud not suggest anyone to buy this app.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BioScan Issues
1. Fix BioScan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart BioScan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the BioScan App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BioScan" » Open BioScan - Complete Biometric A » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BioScan » click "UPDATE".
- Clear BioScan - Complete Biometric A app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BioScan servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BioScan - Complete Biometric A" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check BioScan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BioScan might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall BioScan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BioScan then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BioScan not working
2. Fix BioScan Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BioScan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BioScan not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BioScan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
