Why should I report an Issue with Space Math: Times Tables Games?

1. I kept trying to touch my selected level than pressing start.The golden star levels should not exist! The asteroids speed towards you and smash into you before you even get the read the question and possible answers!! That isn't learning if you rely entirely on dumb luck!Please fix that sometimes the correct answer is off the screen.

2. Good game, kids are learning, sharpens the mind and reinforces what they've been learning.I had an issue with the level selection.

3. I mean, you gotta see it from the good side; this way, reading and reaction speed will greatly improve.I like this game, but only one simple game so gets boring after a while.

4. and out of the multiple multiplication games I have played is it the hardest to pass, I have not passed it yet but it requires A LOT of focus and as someone else said superhuman speed.

5. Theres not enough time to answer for some kids (maybe add a setting where parents can choose time).

6. The only thing which annoys me, is that some numbers look very similar, and sometimes it gets hard to press the right one, if you don't have much time left to look at all of the available options.

11. It is possible as I reached 95% on the 6s, but keep note even if you are doing the 1s it is still hard due to the focus/speed aspect.

1. Fix Space Math Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Space Math: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Space Math App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Space Math" » Open Space Math: Times Tables Games » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Space Math » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Space Math: Times Tables Games app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Space Math servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Space Math: Times Tables Games" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Space Math app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Space Math might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Space Math. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Space Math then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Space Math not working

2. Fix Space Math Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Space Math be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Space Math not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Space Math may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
