1. However, ever since the update it's been a real hassle to try to use! Now whenever I click on a title, it has ALL of my individual notes that I've created and ALWAYS starts at the very bottom of the last listed note, and I have to scroll up in order to find the particular note I need and I have to double tap it in order to edit itUsed to be a great app but now it has multiple ads popping up in the middle of making a note.

2. I tried to set a reminder on one note and the app kicked me out and will not let me reopen the app! I have many important notes that may be lost forever! Very frustrating!This idea to be my favorite notepad however, I find that since the update I now only have three days of free trial.

Instead of just clicking on the part of the note that I want to add to and having the cursor pop up there, now I click on the note and get a message saying I have to double click to edit, and then when I double click, it scrolls all the way to the bottom of the note and puts the cursor there, and then I have to scroll back up to where I wanted to add something.

4. You could improve... Your app isn't too cool to use... Just concentrate on ease of taking notes and relocate position of pop-ups... ImproveI tried the trial version for the 2 days but there are more features of the app that I would have liked to try out but require more time in order to do so.

1. Fix Notepad Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Notepad: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Notepad App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Notepad" » Open Notepad » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Notepad » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Notepad app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Notepad servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Notepad" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Notepad app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Notepad might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Notepad. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Notepad then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Notepad not working

2. Fix Notepad Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Notepad be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Notepad not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Notepad may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
