Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix App SUNAT Issues
1. Fix App SUNAT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart App SUNAT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the App SUNAT App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "App SUNAT" » Open App SUNAT » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for App SUNAT » click "UPDATE".
- Clear App SUNAT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from App SUNAT servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "App SUNAT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check App SUNAT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, App SUNAT might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall App SUNAT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall App SUNAT then reinstall.
