Why should I report an Issue with ChatterBaby?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of UCLA Health to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. options to train a recording usually don't show or I can't select one.I don't like this app because it doesn't translate what the baby is saying, I rate this app a one-star! >:(This app has money l am never going to download this app ever can you please make it free that would be very nice of you because I am not allowed to you'd my mom is card so can you please help me and make it free please that would be very kindDoesn't work and when I tap on it nothing happens.Doesn't work.

2. to be able to use it, you need either a baby who doesn't stop to make the same noses for about 20 seconds, which can be reduced to 5 seconds or so if you already have the app opened and the phone in your hand... or a huge premonition power, to which you may not need the app if you're that good!Tried really hard to like this app, but... no.

3. Did it even work with a baby so far?My baby cried so I started the recording.

4. Whenever the baby cries it shows me that she is 40% fussy and 38% hungry, which is just a scientific way of saying that it can be anything.

6. It would also help of we were informed of how to read the survey results.needs a lot of work.

7. The results never show me more than 41% confidence for an option... basically thet always say: it's hunger, pain or fuzziness with more or less the same probability.

10. There is also an option to upload your own recordings, but the UX workflow is so complicated and unusable.

1. Fix ChatterBa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ChatterBa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ChatterBa App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ChatterBa" » Open ChatterBaby » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ChatterBa » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ChatterBaby app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ChatterBa servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ChatterBaby" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ChatterBa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ChatterBa might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ChatterBa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ChatterBa then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ChatterBa not working

2. Fix ChatterBa Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ChatterBa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ChatterBa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ChatterBa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
