Why should I report an Issue with Teleplus?

1. 1} Ghost mood needs improvement(Mark read as unread, hide online status etc...) 2} The folders are miss organized 3} It marks the read message as unread I love the app but without this improvements I guess I can't say more! 🔜 Soon you will improve this things I guess.The app is totally ruined after the recent update.

2. no clear cache for individual media in chats/channels/groups option, no showing of media size in chats like in telegram Plus, SD card storage like some other telegram mods, etc etc - & hiding archive chat has a bug whereby there's a blank space where archived chats would have shown.

3. the tabs which show bots, chats etc is a good option tho.After the recent update, the app become good at one side and bad on the other.

4. Please improve something like ✔️ ghost mode ✔️ hide online status ✔️ mark read as unread ✔️ the folder ( I can't recognize the group with the channel and the channel with my private chats and so on... The folders are not properly organized) ✔️ hide typing status ✔️ the app makes the read chats as unread and they become always as unread chats but I already read them.

1. Fix Teleplus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Teleplus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Teleplus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Teleplus" » Open Teleplus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Teleplus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Teleplus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Teleplus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Teleplus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Teleplus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Teleplus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Teleplus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Teleplus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Teleplus not working

2. Fix Teleplus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Teleplus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Teleplus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Teleplus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
