SCC DTAC Customer Insights

1. Thanks for letting us know of Maintenance time. While I don't know exactly why I need an app for something I care about ~twice a year (a calendar reminder is I think all I personally need), the app is very well built and looks and feels like a modern Android app.

2. Can't even get it right when county wants your money.Payment information page unresponsive after entering all bank details! Not acceptable for an app that expects you to pay taxes. Not possible to pay.

3. If they were only this sloppy when assessing late fees.Does not even respond to touch after entering account and billing info.

4. Saving Bill's as favorites is another helpful feature so that I can come back to it the next time I want to pay an installment.

5. If you have multiple properties , boats, etc., I could imagine this app would be really helpful.Tried to enter the address and APN, but neither could find my house.

6. Update: Ritesh Koickel was able to help me resolve the APN lookup and payment issues.

7. Works great on Android! Update: Looks like the new update fixed issues.

8. Note that if paying by e-check, providing the account number is sufficient for indicating a checking account.

9. No account suffix is necessary. Can't find my propery by address or APN.

10. I personally like the checkout option where users are able to add more than one installment and pay them together.

11. The website has same issue, so it might be a server issue or data issue.
