1. After contacting the developers it was fixed and is running great again.Books (some digital) and authors that I search for and found on the desktop site, will not even show up on the app.Doesn't work, can't download.

2. It would be nice to be able to search for book by other categories beside book title - author, call number, etc.I've been using this app for about a year and a half now, I have had no issues until two days ago when it wouldn't allow me to log in.

3. The searching is very limited, even when putting in what would be popular keyword as a search term seems limited by 100 results.

4. I tried changing my pin number and even checking the card expiration, which is a year away, and it still won't let me log in; which is why it's getting a two star rating instead of the give I would have given it.This app is absolutely awful and useless.

5. I'll stick with the actual website but use the app to check up on holds and finesI've been trying for a couple of months to get logged in.

7. Also you can only have 11 holds....Since the upgrade, search is impossible.

1. Fix PLS Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PLS Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PLS Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PLS Connect" » Open PLS Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PLS Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PLS Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PLS Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PLS Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PLS Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PLS Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PLS Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PLS Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PLS Connect not working

2. Fix PLS Connect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PLS Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PLS Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PLS Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
